You may not believe me, but if you stay in France long enough it's theoretically possible to become — gasp! — tired of French food. When I lived up in Montmarte for a couple years, Gang Seng was my delicious answer to this difficult problem. The cuisine and decor are both traditionally Tibetan, and the atmosphere is very calm, quiet, and friendly.
